Measuring Instructions:
Measure your Red Eye Tek® Downstem from the bottom of the downstem to the top of the joint. Replacement sizes are listed in the What's Included section of each water pipe. You can also message us using the chat option in the bottom left or check out this measuring guide for more details!

Returns & Exchanges
Unused products can be returned within 15 days of receipt minus the freight cost of the original order. Return requests must be submitted through your account. In the event that your parcel arrives damaged or broken, please contact our team with pictures of the item, and we’d be very happy to assist you with a replacement.
