Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the carrier is unable to deliver, please contact them to arrange pickup or delivery. If your package is stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Wrong Address at Checkout
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address and the package has already left Terminator HQ, we suggest contacting your local postal carrier office to track it down. We cannot re-ship any order due to an incorrect address entry.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our fine Red Eye Tek® Terminator products, we do not accept order refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges except in the unlikely event that the product arrives at your door in a faulty or defective state.

Order Adjustments
